The project team will consist of Arcadis and Stewart Engineering Inc. Stewart Engineering a NCDOA, NCDOT HUB and a local MBE from Wake County, will provide obtain surveying, geotechnical support and easement services for the project. Their utilization is 14.18 % of the contract amount.
