PURPOSE:

CH-Lewiston, LLC has requested the release of an easement located on 3629 and 3619 Lewiston Road and 3410, 3503, 3507, 3509, 3511, 3513, 3515, and 3517-YY Crimson Wood Drive. This resolution will authorize the release of the easement requested by the land owner.

 

BACKGROUND:

The 20-Foot Utility Easement was established in Plat Book 72 on Page 244, Plat Book 63 on Page 71, and Plat Book 201 on Page 131 for 3629 and 3619 Lewiston Road and 3410, 3503, 3507, 3509, 3511, 3513, 3515, and 3517-YY Crimson Wood Drive.

 

Due to development of the site the easement are no longer needed.

 

Planning staff has received confirmation that all utilities have approved or had no objection to the release of this easement.

 

BUDGET IMPACT:

This item will have no impact of the budget.

 

RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED:

Accordingly, it is recommended that on May 19, 2020, the City Council adopt a resolution releasing the above-mentioned easement.
