PURPOSE:
Authorize the City Manager to add the sum of $500,000 in new non-taxpayer funded Sponsorship Revenues to any of the professional service contracts to design the Steven B. Tanger Performing Arts Center ("STPAC") referenced in Council Resolutions 0209-13 and 0348-17 and any of the purchasing contracts for the Theatrical Specialty Equipment ("TSE") referenced in Council Resolution 92-17.

BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro ("CFGG"), the City contracted with fifteen different design professionals (i.e. architects, engineers, and consultants) to design the STPAC. Each design professional and their general responsibility were as follows:
