PURPOSE:
A resolution is required for the War Memorial Coliseum Complex to enter into a contract to provide services for landscaping from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024.
BACKGROUND:
Procurement Services Division solicited on the behalf of the War Memorial Coliseum Complex for a three (3) year contract for landscape maintenance services under the GePS event number 10100. Notifications were sent to five hundred and sixty-two (562) potential bidders, of which we received five (5) responses. United Maintenance Group, LLP was determined to be the best value, qualified bidder, and was selected for this work. MWBE office was consulted during this process and has concurred with the agreement to award this contract to United Maintenance Group, LLP. United Maintenance Group, LLP is a registered HUB vendor with the State of North Carolina
BUDGET IMPACT:
Funds to be encumbered under account number: 521-7535-05.5612
Estimated three (3) year amount: $187,950.00
RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED:
War Memorial Coliseum Complex recommends and requests approval of the attached Resolution to award landscaping services to United Maintenance Group, LLP.
