This will be funded from appropriated General Fund balance, previously unappropriated code compliance inspection revenues, and reimbursements from Guilford County. Guilford County will reimburse 22 percent of eligible additional service costs totaling $125,619 of the shared cost at the completion of the project.

It is requested and recommended that City Council approve the ordinance in the amount of $627,686 to fund the change order for contract 19-0330 with Samet Corporation for the completion of construction of Fire Station No. 7.
