PURPOSE:
CMLT 2008-LS1 East Cone Boulevard, LLC has requested the release of several easements located on 2101 Pyramids Village Boulevard. This resolution will authorize the release of the easements requested by the land owner.
BACKGROUND:
The 15-foot Water Easement and the 25-Foot Sanitary Sewer Easement were established in Plat Book 55 on Page 41; and the 30-Foot Utility Easement was established in Plat Book 160 on Page 68 for 2101 Pyramids Village Boulevard. These easements are clearly depicted on Plat Book 160 on Page 68 and on Plat Book 170 on Page 135.
Due to development of the site the easement are no longer needed.
Planning staff has received confirmation that all utilities have approved or had no objection to the release of these easements.
BUDGET IMPACT:
This item will have no impact of the budget.
RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED:
Accordingly, it is recommended that on May 19, 2020, the City Council adopt a resolution releasing the above-mentioned easements.
