To give the approval of the fiber optic encroachment agreement between the City of Greensboro and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

BACKGROUND:

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro approached the City in order to request an encroachment of fiber optic to serve their employees at 101 Elm Street.
