PURPOSE:
To select and adopt the Greensboro City Council regular meeting schedule for 2020.
BACKGROUND:
It is necessary to adopt the 2020 regular meeting schedule of the Greensboro City Council so that it may be posted on the City website and maintained on file in the City Clerk’s office. Following City Council holding the first meeting of the month from July - November 2019 in the community, staff has provided a meeting schedule maintaining this type schedule and has also provided a meeting schedule in which City Council would remain within Council Chamber.
BUDGET IMPACT:
There is no budget impact for this item.
RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED:
City Council is being requested to consider the meeting schedule of choice and to consider adoption of the 2020 Greensboro City Council regular meeting schedule.
