PURPOSE:
A Resolution is required for Water Resources to enter into a contract to provide services for temporary labor from 11/01/2019-10/31/2022
BACKGROUND:
On July 15, 2019, the Procurement Services Division on behalf of the Water Resources Department, conducted an on-line competitive request for proposals (RFP) for the temporary labor services. The purpose of this contract is to provide twelve temporary labor positions to Water Resources for the following four categories: meter technicians for customer service, water quality maintenance for water supply, crew members for water reclamation and water supply, and administrative assistance for the customer service office. Bradley Personnel, Inc. was selected for this work. The M/WBE office was consulted during this process and has concurred with the agreement to award this contract to Bradley Personnel, Inc. A Secretary of State report for Bradley Personnel, Inc. is provided as an attachment.
