PURPOSE:
City Council to consider widening and installing curb and gutter improvements along Fieldcrest Road on the basis of a Petition for Local Improvements. City Council shall hold a Public Hearing to consider any property owners objections to the legality of authorizing the assessable roadway improvement project in compliance with City Charter Section 6.140.
