PURPOSE:
The attached ordinance serves to amend various codes contained in the Local Code of Ordinances for the City of Greensboro relative to user charges for FY 19-20. An ordinance amending the code needs to be approved by City Council to adopt these changes.
BACKGROUND:
The following amendment to the Local Code of Ordinances is associated with the adoption of the FY 19-20 Annual Budget:
Ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Greensboro Code of Ordinances; Amending Solid Waste Fees effective July 1, 2019
BUDGET IMPACT:
The Local Code of Ordinances amendment reflects necessary changes for adjustments to FY 19-20 applicable to user fees and may be amended during the year if necessary.
RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED:
It is requested and recommended that the City Council adopt the attached budget ordinance amending the Local Code of Ordinances for FY 19-20.
