PURPOSE:
Karen Van Dyke, Maurice and Hilda Bason, Kelly and Shirley Gilbreath, and Stephen and Jeremee Curtis have petitioned for annexation of their property located at 132, 132-Near, 134 and 136 Wolftrail Road. The portion of interstate highway right-of-way is located between the Wolftrail Road property and Greensboro's current city limits and is annexed as part of the request. The City Council is required to hold a public hearing on this petition before considering its approval.

BACKGROUND:
This property is within the Tier 1 Growth Area (2013-2019) on the Growth Strategy Map in the Comprehensive Plan. The proposed use for this site is to be developed as multifamily.

City water will be available by extending and connecting to the 12-inch waterline within Wolftrail Road. In order for this site to be served with water, the owner would be responsible for all costs associated with extending and connecting to the public line.

City sanitary sewer service will be available by extending and connecting to the 8-inch outfall which crosses the northeastern portion of the site. The owner is advised that this will involve extending sewer across the property to service the upstream lots. In order for this site to be served with sanitary sewer, the owner would be responsible for all costs associated with extending and connecting to the public line.
