PURPOSE:
To have the second reading of an Ordinance Amending the Greensboro Code of Ordinances Chapter 16 With Respect to Motor Vehicles and Traffic and Chapter 18 with Respect to Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions.
BACKGROUND:
At the July 24, 2018 meeting of Council, the Ordinance Amending the Greensboro Code of Ordinances Chapter 16 With Respect to Motor Vehicles and Traffic and Chapter 18 with Respect to Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions was adopted by a 5-4 vote. A second reading is required for the ordinance.
