PURPOSE:
City Council is requested to approve the execution of a contract for construction of the White Oak Amphitheatre Event Space to R.P. Murray, General Contractor, in the amount of $3,777,261. After value engineering between the design team, the general contractor, their sub-contractors and the Coliseum Complex staff, the contract amount has been reduced from bid day to $3,777,261 with an increase in M/WBE contracts.
