PURPOSE:
To give the approval of the encroachment agreement between the City of Greensboro and Southeastern Foundries Corporation.
BACKGROUND:
Southeastern Foundries Corporation approached the City in order to ask for an encroachment of communication connectivity between their two buildings at 1115 Park Terrace and 1201 Park Terrance. This encroachment will be secured at a minimum of eighteen feet above Hiatt Street and connect onto private property.
Information Technology and Engineering & Inspections have approved this placement of communication connectivity.

There is no budget impact.
RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED:
It is recommended that City Council give the of the encroachment agreement between Southeastern Foundries Corporation and the City of Greensboro.
