PURPOSE:
To provide information to City Council on the City’s current rezoning process.
BACKGROUND:
City Council expressed interest to staff in reviewing the City’s current rezoning process with a goal to enhance public participation and engagement. As a first step in this review staff will present information to the Infrastructure Committee on the City’s current rezoning procedures and public notification provisions.
