PURPOSE: Amendment to 2014-5195 INFOR SAAS Contract to add Analytics Subscription for Finance, Supply Chain and Global Human Resources
BACKGROUND:
In February 2014, the City’s Infor Lawson software transitioned to a subscription model. The proposed amendment adds an additional analytics subscription. This will allow Staff to measure activity, monitor trends and evaluate processes. Product descriptions of the analytic cubes are attached.
BUDGET IMPACT:
The proposed amendment increases the current contract amount from $774,781.80 per year by the following amounts:
FY 15-16: $29,901
FY 16-17: $27,984
FY 17-18: $27,984
The proposed costs can be absorbed within the current budget for the Capital Leasing Fund. No additional funding will be required.

It is the recommended that the proposed resolution be adopted.
