PURPOSE: Presentation of the 2016 Growth and Development Trends Report.
BACKGROUND:
Each year, the Planning Department collects and analyzes a range of data sets that describe the state of growth and development in the City of Greensboro. This Growth and Development Trends report summaries these findings. Staff will provide a brief presentation on the 2016 report.
