PURPOSE:
City Council is requested to approve a multi-year contract for the Event Payroll Services at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. This multi-year contract would result in a cost savings by precluding any rate increases for the next two years.
BACKGROUND:
The contract with ADP is a three year term contract proposed at $50,174.97 per year from July 2015 - June 2018 with no price increase for all current listed codes per the agreement and any future codes that may be added during this period. City Finance has approved and worked with IT to implement the services of ADP for the Coliseum since 2003.
ADP is one of the world’s largest providers of business outsourcing and human capital management solutions, serving 625,000 businesses of all types and sizes in 100 countries. It provides basic payroll services for the event staff at the Coliseum including time clock services and payroll reporting.
BUDGET IMPACT:
None. The ADP expenses are incorporated in the Coliseum’s annual operating budget and will be paid from account number 521-7510-01.5419.
RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED:
It is requested and recommended that City Council approve a multi-year with the Greensboro Coliseum Complex and ADP for the period of July 2015 - June 2018.
