PURPOSE:
Nozar Hashemzadeh, and Ted and Emma Ray have petitioned for annexation of their property located at 5529, 5531 and 5603 Sapp Road. The City Council is required to hold a public hearing on this petition before considering its approval.

The City's Fire Department notes that this site is currently served by Pinecroft-Sedgefield Station #23 on Mackay Road and will be served by City Station #52 on Meadowview Road upon annexation.

Provision of other City services will involve a tr...
