PURPOSE: To provide an update to City Council regarding the status of a proposal to implement an ex-offender Restoration Academy
BACKGROUND: City Council recently passed a resolution regarding creation of a proposal to provide an ex-offender Restoration Academy which was to be developed by the Office of Workforce Development and Human Resources
BUDGET IMPACT: Not established at this time.
RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED: It is requested that the City Council consider the attached proposal to provide a Restoration Academy program for ex-offenders and provide direction as to proceeding with implementation.
