PURPOSE:
To establish an intergovernmental agreement between Guilford Metro 911 and the City of Graham to service and maintain radio equipment. Such services will be billed to the agency based on an approved billing schedule.
BACKGROUND:
Guilford Metro 911 serves as a regional radio equipment service provider to multiple government agencies and institutions and has been approached by the City of Graham to provide the same for their entity.
BUDGET IMPACT:
These are revenue contracts that are estimated to bring in collectively $285,000.00 annually.
RECOMMENDATION / ACTION REQUESTED:
Council is requested to adopt the attached Resolution Authorizing the Intergovernmental Agreement between and The City of Graham for Radio Equipment Maintenance and Service.
