BACKGROUND:
Water Resources is requesting to enter into a one year contract with American Process Group, Inc. to provide sludge dewatering services at the Townsend Water Treatment Plant. American Process Group, Inc. was the lowest responsive bidder to the City's November 2014 Request for Proposals with a bid of $659,158 for dewatering services. The M/WBE Goal Setting Committee reviewed the work and identified no subcontracting opportunities as this type of specialized work is typically self performed.
