PURPOSE:
For informational purposes to comply with legal requirements for records retention and disposition.
BACKGROUND:
In accordance with the City of Greensboro Municipal Records Retention and Disposition Schedule, the City Clerk’s office has compiled the attached list of contracts that have expired and meet the legal requirements for destruction. This list of contracts have been shared with the City Department and reflects any requested changes from the department. These documents meet legal requirements for destruction.
